What does your mother do that is so awfull? Is it because she puts you on addictive meds then takes them away. Or is she just a mean person. Or do you just need to start your own life with out mom. Is she holding you back? Probably what you should do is get some min wage job to get you out of the house to take your mind off her. Then maybe you could aford an appartment. I'm sure your mom would still provide health insurance. Actualy you might even then qualify for government health insurance. Atleast with a min wage job it would not be that tough a job. And you chould always get anouther if it does not work out. Ie a min wage job would be easy!
