Sigi, I haven't gotten relief from that pull. I wish I could tell you I had. Your description is as apt. Jeez, I am getting weepy.

I am merely hoping to extend the length of time asleep.

I only imagine I would not escape the jerk of sudden-onset :-) wakefulness on Valium. I felt more dreamy on that upon awakening.

I'm sorry I cannot say more. Sleep was a haven.....

Any comment by you?

I am brought to mind the riddle of the sphinx from Oedipus tyrannous :-/

I like to watch my son sleep and wake. He laughs and smiles in his sleep.
