The other thing which may not be entirely useless is to consider the lowest practical dose of gabapentin on retiring, even though you have finished with that.
Last night I took 150mg, which kept me in bed until 1.30am. Not a great advertisement, I can see.
Better than Valium for this purpose, IMO.
