Logically, one would have to consider this as a possibility. Abilify really should be used at 20mg for schizoid disorders, though. I have mentioned in another post that I thought Abilify was interfering with Seroquel. Right now, you have no better choice than to keep raising the dosage of Abilify and hope that I was wrong. If this strategy represents a dead-end in your treatment, then I would discontinue the Abilify and increase the Seroquel.
