Yes. 1/8mg per night. The new doc says I should know fairly quickly if it will help with PTSD and 'affective instability'. Amazing the value of accurate terminology. Communicated to me clearly that if I feel 'weird' in the way abilify and seroquel felt to stop immeadiately and call.
Bipolar spectrum, too. He suggests (pending reaction to the risperdone) low dose lithium. Needs my bun and creatine levels tested first, even to start at 300mg. That's fine with me. The last doc never checked that.
Bumped Emsam to 9mg. Told me to get a bracelet and reread the food stuff, but not to worry about it.
I am greatly relieved this guy can use low doses. He suggested the splitting of the risperdone. What do I know about dose? He says it can be very strong.
We'll see.
