Doc won't switch me to Ritalin. Say it's pretty much the same as Adderall. Even said Adderall was probably more mild.
I have tried Nuvigil and I like it pretty well. My insurance costs me a lot for both Provigil and Nuvigil. Only downside to Nuvigil is I get a headache later in the day. Probably similar to how some people get irritable or headachy after Adderall or Ritalin.
Right now I think either Provigil/Nuvigil or Adderall could induce hypomania. In the old days when I used to only take 100mg of Zoloft I could get hypomanic from too much coffee.
I think it's just stimulants.
As far as Geodon goes, maybe I'm just not on a high enough dose. Maybe I need to dose up to 100mg or 120mg. I hear that 120mg is the sweet spot for a lot of people and it shouldn't induce hypomania at a high dose.
