I gained 30lbs on Celexa!
Effexor was by far the WORST med for me to withdrawal from. It was a nightmare. I went total manic. My doc at the time said the withdrawal was right up there with getting off of street drugs (heroine, etc.)
The Emsam patch gave me some mania.
I have noticed that anytime I switch meds and don't give myself some time in between the drugs, I get manic and then blame it on the new med, when it was really withdrawing the old med that disrupted my mood.
