since you call it ADHD, why have you not tried ADHD meds? Though less effective tahn stimulants, i would try nortryptalin, desipramine, or bupropion, since they are 'on' 24/7 so you don't get mood lability. many people say they feel 'flat' on ADHD meds, which sounds like a plus for you. i don't lash out or whateve,r but that probably relates to my social anxiety. ADHD meds often help impulsiveness/anger etc.
I experience depression a lot like what you describe, though social phobia is prominent for me. Tranylcypromine 'cured' it, and i have not had 'depression' since, and am now taking nortryptaline, which helps with overfocusing on random stuff and procrastination, and is probably helpful in avoiding dysphoric events.
i wouldn't stop the w-3s, yoga, etc.
