Rotating sleep meds

Posted by jono_in_adelaide on June 26, 2011, at 21:54:20

Anyone do it, in an effort to avoid tolorance/dependence?

It would seem to make sense to take a GABA typr drug (temazepam, Ambien) one night, and an antihistaminic one (dexepin, seroquel, trazodone) the next, then back to the GABA one.

How does it work in parctice? Does it avoid tolorance/dependence?
