The drowsiness/sedation gets better with time - try and stick with it for a few weeks.
Chewing sugarless gum helps the dry mouth.
Was 50mg. as high as you got with Zoloft? OCD patients often need higher doseages to get adequate control.
If you find you cant tolorate clomipramine at an adequate dose (upto 150mg per day) then it might be worth trying Zoloft at 100-200mg/day
