This feeling your feeling is quite common and is often referred to as anhedonia and cqn be quite awwful. I don't think an antipsychotic is going to help at all, as they antagonize too many 5ht receptors. Your best bet is a TCA or Remeron, which work to hit a lot more recceptors than most SSRIs.
