I'm sorry to hear that. How many consecutive days did you take nortriptyline for before discontinuing it? What dosage did you reach? How soon after beginning treatment did the cognitive side effects emerge?

If you believe that TCA offers you a chance to respond favorably, trimipramine might be a good fit.
