Yes reducing dose is an option but I have to admit, it's an option that scares me.
I haven't tried parnate but since my dominant Dx/problem is OCD and anxiety, I've always thought it would be too activating.

Has anyone tried taking *loads* of caffeine? I get mine from tea, lots of tea but I don't really know how much caffeine that is.
