Oh. I mispoke. I meant the opposite. Guess it's dark therapy when one uses total darkness.
I've been reading bits about that. Impossible for me to implement. Well not impossible, but with a dependent child, difficult.
I could have used a lightbox in the north east. Sunglasses?
