Prozac 10mg better than Prozac 20mg?

Hi.I found out that 10 mg works much more better for me. I suffer from anxiety and depression and tehese are the benefits from 10mg:
-Shaking hands: With 20mg my hands were always shaking. With 10mg they're not.
-Anxiety: with 20mg I suffered from increased anxiety and therefore had to take higher dose of benzos. With 10mg I feel fine
-Motivation: With 20 I lacked motivation, with 10 I have energy and enough motivation to keep fighting.
-Sleep: With 20mg my sleep quality is very bad and I wake up very tired. With 10mg I sleep better and wake up with energy
-Sexual side effects: With 20mg I suffered from anorgasmia (couldn't reach orgasm). With 10mg I have no problem at all
Anyone with a similar experience? How can this be possible??
