Next door neighbor after years of lexapro when off and still take xanax but says she feels better than she ever has. So yes in real life it's possible. Also Daughter's husband was on Lexapro for a year now off and fine. And youngest took prozac off and doing fine. Just was used for short term treatment. Phillipa
