I'm still getting low motivation, low moods, lack of interest in things etc. My GAD and social phobia is quite severe along with some social phobia. I'm currently taking 225mg Effexor, 40mg buspirone and 600mg of lithium.

You know, my illness first presented as depression with social anxiety. The anxiety could be paralyzing. Subsequently, I was diagnosed as having bipolar disorder. Over the years, CBT has helped reduce this anxiety, even though it did nothing for depression.

I would explore raising the doage of Effexor to 300mg before making any major changes.

What about Lamictal?

Some see things as they are and ask why.
I dream of things that never were and ask why not.
