I've lost about 60 pounds on the weight watchers program. I don't attend meetings I just track my points on their web site. If you are trying to lose more than two pounds per week that could be why you are having a lot of trouble. I eat pretty healthy and splurge a couple times a week, but even then sometimes I might gain half a pound.

Don't starve yourself too much or your body might cling to it's fat stores. Apparently over dieting can confuse the body like that. Are you really heavy. What is your BMI? It was easy for me because i was 110 pounds over weight. My body wants to get down to it's equilibrium and I had so much excess to burn. It melted right off.
