The dose in the studies I read was around 1.6g, IIRC.
I took 5g and it worked.
(I need to take more because of a benzo tolerance.)
I have heard there is some caution with respect to thyroid function, but I know nothing about that.
I have heard it grows wild in some parts of the US.
Someone said he grew it out the back and picked the leaves and threw them in a teapot.
