Sorry linkage. It sounds like the season change has never been this bad before. I don't think I've had that level of rage, but when I do feel rage, my life's situation fuels it. When I don't feel so terrible, the perspective of my life isn't as negative (or I forget temporarily).
Has anything ever helped your agitation? Would a benzo help?
