I feel really good today but i spaced the med's out perfectly.Yikes i purchased 400mg magnesium tonight and took one.
Searched online magnesium is good for all kinds of things, tinnitus included which i have.
Thanks so much for your help, I'll see what happens tomorrow, perhaps this is just the thing i need.
