FB know the feeling well. Overload on circuits. PTSD definitely. Got the same thing with the back pain. Sleep study? Personally I feel they are overrated. Ask hubby if you snore, toss and turn, etc and if you don't stop breathing also why? I was also told years ago to get one now sleep. Love Phillipa
