That is an awful place to be. I wish I had an answer for you.
A ptsd thread has mentioned alpha blockers (not that I know what that means) for stopping nightmares--.
Guanfacine (sp?) aka tenex, and prazosin.Get some good sleep soon.
Sometimes I add zanaflex (interesting mild muscle relaxant sometimes used in conjunction w/adhd therapy). Some use flexeril--too heavy weight for me.
Maybe above are contraindicated w/maoi's.
