My fibro pain came from my depression. Treating the depression (even with drugs that arent known as analgesics) has got rid of the pain for me.
Id imagine this is different for everyone though.
What about switching the lithium for an AED? Even lamictal is known for some pain relief.
desipramine was really good on my fibro pain when I was on it. ITs an old school NRI.
If you go off the cymbalta, there are other SSRI + NRI combos that have less side effect and weight gain, IMO.
I dont think youll get much mood stabilization out of lyrica. =(
