It's been a godsend for me for anxiety. Far better than the minor tranquilizers. I don't take it on a regular basis, but if I'm under stress I take a small dose for a few days.
It keeps the anxiety to a reasonable level, and even better, helps me focus and settles my runaway thoughts.
As needed really works for me. Knowing that it's available keeps me from anticipatory anxiety, I think.
