Most sedating tricyclics?

I have to get off the 400mg of Seroquel I take for insomnia. It's causing havoc with my blood sugar levels and metabolism my endocrinologist tells me.
So I was thinking of asking my pdoc for a sedating tricyclic.
Can anyone list the most sedating ones?
Depression, chronic & severe, recurrent, treatment-resistant w/GAD.
Meds: Lexapro 10mg, Adderall IR 20mg 3x daily, Klonopin 5mg, Seroquel 400mg, Ambien 10mg, Synthroid 150mcg, Androgel 1% - 50mg
