> Sorry, I hardly ever post. But I have a question about remeron. I hear it's supposed to help with sleep at lower doses, but the low dose didn't help me. I am on 60 mgs and still no sleep. Has anyone gone 'up' to 75mgs and been able to sleep? I haven't had any weight gain and I think the upper dose is 60 mgs, but has anyone gone up to 75mgs with success in sleeping?

Hi,

I'm on 45 mg of Remeron and sleep okay,
but 60 mg of this drug won't give more sedation.

There is no point to increase the dose from 60 mg to 75 mg.
You still won't sleep.

But you might try to add a low dose of Lyrica (25 - 100 mg).
Remeron and Lyrica is a good combo which promotes sleep.

Best regards,
X-ray

Wellbutrin XL 150 mg
Remeron 45 mg
Lyrica 50 mg
Fluanxol 0,5 mg
