I thought you were doing much better on Remeron?

I think Wellbutrin may be the closest to a long acting Adderall. Strattera may be another good long acting alternative. The combination of Wellbutrin with Effexor, Cymbalta, or an SSRI might be a potent treatment. Maybe a better option, one that many p babblers believe in, would be combining an SSRI (or an SNRI like Cymbalta or Effexor) with a TCA like Nortriptyline.
