I think what you say is very true, the bit about lexapro is too true.
Meds are s***, psychopharmacology isn't anywhere near as good as they think it is.
I have only, I repeat only had success with bupropion!!!! NDRI is what some people need.
other options are:
Very High dose Venlafaxine or
Reboxetine is an NRI available here in the uk so it might be similar to bupropion, I'm gonna give it a go hopefully.
Also some of the tca's are very noradrenergic
Have you tried alot of the tca's?
