Yes, Parnate causes the body to overheat. You have to be careful in the summer months. I don't know why it does it, I just know that it does from experience. Nardil does the same thing.

So you want to mix something with Parnate, but what effect are you looking for? A you looking for a stronger anti-depressant effect? Something for anxiety?
