You don't need a pill. You need a cigarette! Ask any smoker - smoking:
* makes you social when you need to be social
* makes you work when you need to work
* makes you calm when you need to be calm
* makes you alert when you need to be alert
* makes you happy when you need to be happy
* makes you sad when you need to be sad (like when, for instance, you develop lung cancer).
Current meds: clomipramine 225mg, fluvoxamine (Luvox) 50mg
As needed: bethanechol 25-50mg, oxazepam 5-10mg
