I'm sure it's safe but double check, have you got any 5-HTP lieing around you could take? Do not take if you're on SSRI's, MAOI's etc. 100mg should make you feel tired as it helps me with relaxation and is perfectly safe (no side effects other than the usual).
Doesn't require a prescription, comes in doses of about 25mg/50mg. Some people take 50 but I take 100mg as I feel the effects more.
Please if you look into it, check you are not taking anything that might conflict with it, the consequences are disastrous.
P.S. this is more of an alternative to actual prescribed medicine, hope I follow the guidelines by posting correctly.
