Thanks FB, I appreciate your concern; funnily enough, I logged in to update this thread.
I can't get out of bed these days, my depression is so out of control I've decided to ask my doc for an Effexor trial, to see how if it helps; I will worry about any possible withdrawal problems later, when the time comes, right now I need treatment.
