My former pdoc said she never Rx's zyprexa anymore; apparently, even if you don't gain weight on it, you can still get diabetes. I guess she was scared for her patients (and scared of lawsuits, of course).
I've read online that Geodon and Abilify are becoming more popular as first-line agents. Apparently the QTC interval deal with Geodon isn't so bad, after all.
