Phillipa, please tell me whnat dose of benzo, which one and how long you have taken for? I have taken Ativan, 3 mg for about 12 years and now I am getting lots of stick for it from docs who put me on it to take me off it. Confused. It has helped. But now I am afraid I am doomed to die young because of my benzos. I guess I am looking for any sign of hope.
