What really helped my carb cravings on celexa was a tiny dose of topamax. Whether this would help someone else is anyones guess.
I used to crave french fries. But topamax turned that off like a switch.
There have been studies using metformin along with AAPs that showed good results.. but I havent read anything that shows SSRIs benefit from it.
