Is there any evidence that topamax is a good adjunct to bump ad properties of another med? Would be nice to have a mood stabilizer that doesn't make you fat and feel flat.

It reacts horribly with Nardil (for me, caused horrible gas), but on it's own, it curbs my appetite, and who knows what else, but 100-200 mg a day, and I've lost 15 or so pounds after stopping Nardil, in only a few weeks, which wouldn't allow me to shed a single pound, no matter what diet (exercise was impossible on Nardil due to the sweating side-effect), and it didn't matter, because if I did, I still wouldn't shed an ounce).

Unforunately I need something to add to wellbutrin for depression. The wellbutrin by itself is not doing much. Tried lithium as an add on and really don't like it.
