I was on parnate for years with dexedrine - I know many doctors don't do it, but mine has no problem. I never had any problems even when taking more than the normal dosage. I am just surprised that at that low dosage of dexedrine you were impacted so much.
For most the problems are starting a stimulant with an MAOI; assuming there are no problems after first starting, what I understood is that the risks of taking the two were very minor. In fact, the greater risk remains the parnate and eating certain foods, not the interaction of the parnate with the stimulant.
