That sucks you live in such an isolated area where it is hard to find a good health care professional.
Whatever you do, I say try to get back on hormone replacement therapy and try to find a good doc that knows what they are doing. I may be going to see a good doc up in Penn. that my massage therapist referred me to. Maybe he knows of someone in your area, at least as close as 45 mins away if you're willing to travel. Also, she said after talking to a few doctors and doing some research, that biodynamic hormones replacement is much better than synthetic. I'm going to have to do some research and figure out exactly what is available as far as biodynamic hormones go.
I would go to the HRT/Anti-aging forum of M & M and make a post there asking a few questions.
