Maxime, I experimented with my dosing yesterday. In the morning I took two spansules for a total of 30mg extended release. (After I swallowed them I had to talk myself out of panicking.)
Well, anomaly or not, the day was fine. I took 10mg in tablets around 5:00. That brings me in at 40mg for me--on the low side, which is good.
I'm trying it again today. I see my shrink today and will tell him (hope it's alright). I also required much less pain med....
Could just be the fluke good day. Morning is the very worst, usually, but I don't want to over-medicate. I am also fearful of using up my meds for the day and having an awful, non-functional afternoon/evening.
Ultram er helps tons with the a.m. Maybe extra stimulant? Wish me luck!
(I remember younger days when a cup of strong coffee worked all day....)
MDD currently controlled. C-ptsd and comorbid health concerns. Chronic fatigue.
