Ok, well that's good news to be honest. Clomipramine is not a rapid acting medication. In many cases, all people experience initially is side effects. The lack of side effects is encouraging because it suggests that you should be able to increase up to the 'target dose' without any major problems. Although I'm not a great fan of the concept of a 'target dose', it makes sense to aim for this dose if you're not experiencing any adverse effects.

That's a good idea, but where is your regular doctor? I suggest staying on 100mg for about four days or so. If no problems, go to 150mg. You should have come off citalopram by this point. Once you're on a full dose of clomipramine, there shouldn't be any need for citalopram.
