Hi,
I'm on combo of 30mg Remeron and 150mg Anafranil for depression and anxiety. It worked well for a month or so, then I felt I needed a little more energy so I started modafinil 250mg/day which has helped about a month. I'm starting to recognize this pattern where I don't do much, don't go outside, no desire to do anything.
MAOIs are not used here. Any ideas what to do? Why do I get tired from dopaminergic drugs like bupropion and modafinil?Thanks,
