_Please_, call a pharmacist to ask how long of a washout is needed between Nardil and selegiline. I'm glad to hear you haven't started the next one since it's just been a few days off the Nardil.
It's great that you found a primary care doctor who cares about you staying alive.About your brother not having anything to say, it may be he just didn't know what to say, and figured it was better to not say anything than say something dumb or insensitive. I often don't know the words to say.
