maybe wishful thinking as I've been partying a lot lately (420 and painkillers)... last week home with friends before college!
But i am starting to feel better on the marplan. Maybe my MAO levels just had to go back down since lowering the Parnate and starting lower w/ the marplan.
Also took a multivitamin last night and felt a lot better an hour later -- sometimes I lose out on vitamin c as I avoid it during the day (interferes with stims). B vitamins probably helped make more transmitters too.
Could also be that desoxyn is working better now that i'm getting used to it and since stopping depakote. depakote increases DAT expression and density (which lessens stims' DA effects).
But i do feel calmer. Happier. Enjoying things more. Less overstimulated, so also less sedation as a result.opiates and weed also do the same.. however I DO feel difference between parnate and marplan despite all of this! the BEST way I would explain this is that you're not sitting on a high perch moodwise, looking down on life (like the "stimulating" Parnate). It's more living IN the middle of it all; I feel a lot more instead of think.
Desoxyn as compared to Vyvanse (switched 1.5 weeks ago) is the same concept. much more alert IN the game and the action instead of the sort-of observation, taking-it-all-in focus of d-amp.
it's actually really nice to be living in life than thinking about it.
