I'd be just as concerned about klonopin and lamictal, unless you really feel pretty good while taking them.
As far as transitioning off an SSRI, low dose Prozac is definitely the way to go. I would even start with 5 mg and go from there. I'm sure you will be down to 5 soon enough.
