You keep says all the ssri,s half your listing are snri,s. totally differnt meds.Benzo addiction is an illness in its self ,so you are wise to be wary. Quick acting benzo,s are easy to get addicted to, like xanax an ativan at anything like 4 mg a day over 1 month or so. I have levelled at 4mg,but that took 20 years to achieve,20 years of unbelievable amouts ,you get to a point where you say to yourself if i take 6 mg of ativan in 1 dose i will be cool for 3 days, but in realaity its about 6 hours ,then where are you at????????? Valium is so weak you need 20mg at the start of treatment to feel the slightest effect.the thing i would only recomment it for is to detox from the real benzo,s like i mentioned.The rundown houswife med. prince valium as ladies call it,is use in combos at unbelievable high doses 100mg plus for it long life so it remain,s working to a mild affect all day an night.But at low doses to someone with cronic anxierty forget it.When addicted to ativan at high does i tried 40 mg dose,s of valium 3 times a day as an experiment ,it didnt take the slightest edge of ativan addicton.But thats just me, my brain is nuked so it didnt have much to work on.
