Caffeine Boost

I've switched to a cocktail of fluvoxamine (Luvox) and clomipramine, and since both drugs but especially Luvox inhibit 1A2, the group of enzymes repsonsible for breaking down caffeine, I can get by now with only one cup of coffee in the morning. It takes about five hours before I notice the caffeine being excreted in my urine.
Current meds: clomipramine 75mg, fluvoxamine 25mg.
