are you really sure it was not 5mg/kg? if it was really so, than my 600mg would seem to be quite needless.. but I know they aren't.. if it's really 5mg, then the curve might rapidly "slow down" when going upwards from 5mg...but still, it would have to slow down incredibly "fast" to warrant doses starting at 37,5mg..
