With 50mg clomipramine, you would have about 80%+ saturation of serotonin receptors. I think this would demand the following corrections to Scott's numbers:
Anafranil 50mg:
Prozac 20mg
Paxil 20mg
Zoloft 50mg
Luvox 150mg
Celexa 20mg
Lexapro 5mg
Effexor 75mg

These are just my impressions too.
Current meds: sertraline 200mg; amitriptyline 50mg; melatonin 0.3mg. PRN: diazepam (Valium) 2.5-10mg.
