Er, NOWHERE in my post did I extol the properties of lithium!! I said that, if on it, work with your doc to take AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE.
In fact, I made it quite clear that it is POISON.
BTW, the link you posted is to some whacked-out Scientologist's (I hate capatlizing that word) website...who buys right into the CoS b*llsh*t about "psychs" being evil.
Not exactly an unbiased source...for folks that are already on lithuim!
